Well-started Lasiodora parahybana (Brazilian Salmon Pink Birdeater), approximately 1.5 inches in size. This is one of the largest tarantula species in the world and is known for its fast growth, strong feeding response, and impressive adult size.

A hardy New World species, L. parahybana is well-suited for intermediate keepers and confident beginners who are comfortable with larger terrestrial tarantulas. As juveniles and adults, they display bold feeding behavior and will readily take prey.

This species benefits from deep substrate to allow for burrowing behavior when younger and will transition into a more visible, terrestrial lifestyle as it matures.
