When do you ship?
We ship live animals Monday through Wednesday via FedEx Priority Overnight. We do not ship later in the week to prevent weekend delays.
Do you offer a Live Arrival Guarantee?
Yes. We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) on eligible shipped orders. Someone must be present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt unless shipped Hold at Location. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
What if the weather is too hot or too cold?
Animal safety comes first. We may delay shipment or require Hold at FedEx Location during extreme temperatures to ensure safe delivery.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup may be available by arrangement in the Lexington, KY area.
Can I pick up my order at a show?
Yes, we offer pre-orders for expos and shows when available. Payment must be completed in advance. All show sales are final once the animal leaves our table.
Are your animals captive bred?
Yes. We take pride in ethically raising healthy, well-started captive-bred invertebrates whenever possible. Specific listings will indicate details.
