Well-started Brachypelma boehmei (Mexican Fire Leg Tarantula), approximately 1 inche in size. This species is highly sought after for its vibrant orange/red legs contrasted against a dark body, making it one of the most eye-catching display tarantulas available.
A hardy New World species, B. boehmei is well-suited for beginners and experienced keepers alike. They are generally slow-moving and easy to manage, though they are known to be more prone to kicking urticating hairs compared to other beginner species.
